Life Coaching is a practice with the stated aim of helping clients to determine and achieve their desired personal goals. Everyone can benefit from coaching from time to time, depending upon where you are in life.

What is Life Coaching?
Life coaching is a way to realise your true potential by a process of uncovering and then eliminating destructive behavioural and thinking patterns in your life in a supportive, caring and inspirational environment. This process involves setting goals, milestones and providing structure so that you know exactly what you have to do in order to make those goals your reality.

The Next Steps?
We offer all our clients a free 30 minute consultation. This provides you with the opportunity to meet your coach and talk through the process of how they see your sessions developing over the time you work together. A typical coaching programme can run over 12 sessions, although depending upon the client’s outcomes this may vary from time to time.
Expect each coaching session to last approximately 1 hour. The format and structure of any coaching session usually includes:
● Feedback on the previous week covering tasks and goal updates, celebrating your successes and finding out what if anything was difficult or unachieved.
● The setting of a particular exercise relevant to either the goals set in the previous week, or the particular needs of the client that week. These exercises are designed to question the clients’ primary beliefs and worldview, often challenging these assumptions. They can also include interventions to remove limiting beliefs, visualisations, relaxation techniques, confidence building, time management skills, communication skills, meditation and future goal setting.
● Discussion and feedback.
● The setting of agreed goals, tasks and ‘homework’ for the upcoming week or period until the next coaching session.
Coaching Fees
Coaching fees can vary depending upon how the client and coach wish to move forward in the initial consultation. A typical 12 session programme may work out at approximately £70 per session. |
